Location: Walpole, MA | On-site

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 | Exempt | Bonus Eligible

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9-5

, seeks a highly motivated Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This role will involve approximately 50%
Commercial Real Estate Law and 50%
Residential Real Estate Law
, offering a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional advancement.

  Mc year de experience practicing law with a focus on real estate transactions and conveyancing

• Bar admission in Massachusetts (required).
• Expertise in Wills, Trusts, Probate Law
  ; litigation experience is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational skills.

• Provide legal counsel on residential and commercial real estate transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Conduct thorough title examinations, probate transfers, and ensure compliance with lender rules and regulations.
• Represent clients in real estate litigation
  , landlord-tenant disputes, and probate-related matters.
• Assist clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate filings, and administration.
