Our client, a growing Walpole law firm, is seeking a committed Estate Planning Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to support their expanding practice. Candidates with additional experience in estate administration

, or an LLM in Taxation with an emphasis in Estates and Trusts are strongly encouraged to apply.

  Massachusetts Bar admission required
• 1+ years of experience in estate planning

• Experience in drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Additional experience with complex estates, trust administration, and tax return preparation preferred
• Other New England bar admissions are a plus
• Tech-savvy, poised, and client-centric
