** Responsibilities
* ** Manage the daily operations of crews
* Direct gardening/Horticulture teams to deliver beauty through horticultural expertise.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
** Job Requirements
*** 3+ years of experience leading a gardening, horticulture team
* Strong knowledge of local horticulture
* Professional certification (MCLP, MCH, Master Gardener Certification) preferred but not required
