Position Summary... What you’ll do includes recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates and oversees job‑related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, measuring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities. Enables continuous learning, provides supervision and development opportunities, hires and trains, mentors, assigns duties, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.

Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the Open Door Policy by providing guidance on business processes. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses. 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

For facilities that sell firearms, a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training are required. For facilities that sell ammunition with state requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

Associates must attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; general supervisory experience with 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
