Manufacturing Technician

Our client, an industry leader in equipment remanufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team, contributing to the efficient remanufacturing, maintenance, and logistics processes. Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Walpole, MA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including Island Oasis owned and customer-owned assets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble equipment, and replace defective components as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment in the warehouse.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Solid mechanical ability and knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and safety codes.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various environmental conditions.
