40 hours per week, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

This entry‑level role provides training and offers the opportunity to work for a global company in a highly regulated environment. The position involves a wide variety of production and manufacturing tasks in the fill/pack finished production area, including manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.

• Perform routine manufacturing functions within the area of specialization, including filling and labeling operations to support manufacturing schedules.
• Operate equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, high‑speed checkweighers, and automated packaging machinery.
• Follow documented work instructions to select appropriate processes.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of filling and labeling lines.
• Seek guidance from a supervisor on non‑routine or problem areas.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement and safety‑related activities, proactively seeking improvement opportunities in the department.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Must pass a DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) background check.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate power equipment, including power jacks.

• Ability to demonstrate correct understanding of routine aspects of work.

• Background check required upon offer of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work for long periods.
