Are you a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping production running smoothly? We're seeking a Production Set-up Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment by setting up, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing high-volume filling and packaging equipment.

In this hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting daily manufacturing operations while working with a collaborative and experienced team.

• Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair high-volume filling and packaging machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic, and basic electrical equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
• Record maintenance activities and completed repairs within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate equipment status, maintenance updates, and production performance during daily team meetings.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and written work instructions.
• Work independently or collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet manufacturing goals.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience setting up, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing manufacturing or packaging equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic, and basic electronic control systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience working with high-volume filling and packaging equipment.
• Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
• Previous experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
