Repair Mechanic

• Set up, calibrate, and repair high-volume filling and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve routine manufacturing equipment issues impacting daily operations.
• Record and maintain accurate maintenance activities using Cal PM software.
• Communicate equipment and production line performance during daily team huddles.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience setting up, calibrating, or repairing manufacturing machinery.

• 1+ years' experience setting up, maintaining and repairing high-volume filling and packaging machinery.
• Experience with computers, including office applications
• Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic fluidic and basic electronic control systems
• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to follow and adhere to written work instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups
