Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Limited time only! $5000 Sign-on Bonus.

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Walpole, Massachusetts. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care and support residents in daily living activities, while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborating with the care team in a skilled nursing setting. We offer a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care following facility protocols and safe practices
  • Supervise and support CNA staff on assigned units
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor and report changes in the resident's condition
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Provide hands-on clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and colostomy care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact
  • New graduates welcome
