Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN
Facility:
Nursing Home
Location:
160 Main Street Walpole, MA 02081
Term: contract 13 weeks Shift: 8s; 16s (Variable - Nights; Variable – Evenings)
Pay rate: $50/hr on w2
Travel Package: $2400/week gross based and up to 48hrs/week
Guaranteed hrs. 48hrs/week
Start: ASAP

REQUIRED:
- Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
- Min 1
-2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Observes patients’ health.
- Reviews medical charts.
- Accompanies patients to their rooms.
- Assists physicians and registered nurses.
