Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 1:1 Student Support

Starting Date: Immediately

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: School year calendar; morning and afternoon transportation plus school‑day hours (hours to be determined based on student schedule)

Location: Transportation to and from Middleboro Collaborative program and school‑based assignment

Reports To: Nurse Leader

Bi‑County Collaborative is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a medically fragile preschool‑aged student. The LPN will accompany the student during transportation to and from school and remain with the student throughout the school day to provide ongoing health monitoring, nursing care, and support to ensure safe participation in educational activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with medically complex children and demonstrate excellent communication, clinical judgement, and teamwork skills.
