Salary: $32.00 To $34.50 Hourly
Additional shift and regional differentials may apply. This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster.

- Medical & Medication Oversight – Manage medical care and medications for residents, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with the DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP). Certification in MAP may be required during the first 6 months.
- Crisis Intervention – Respond to emergencies and de‑escalate crises with residents.
- Staff Training – Train staff on health and safety rules and document incidents as required.
- Compliance – Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.

Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, reliable vehicle - Preferred:
Active RN license in MA - Experience:
Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional) - Skills:
Clear communication, basic computer use, teamwork - Language:
Must be fluent in English; multilingual a bonus

Schedule:
Friday and Saturday 12a-8a and Tuesday 4p-12a.
