About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Walpole, MA, and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on care and daily support to residents while working alongside a collaborative and supportive care team.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to call lights and resident requests
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care
• Assist with meals, including feeding as needed
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises
• Turn and reposition residents as required
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA certification (required before start date)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of CNA or caregiver experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented mindset
