We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities- Delivering nursing care according to protocols
- Supervising and supporting CNA staff
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Providing clinical care such as wound care, IV therapy, and colostomy care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
- Promoting teamwork and resident-centered care
- Current Massachusetts LPN license
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Experience in long-term or skilled nursing preferred
- Professionalism and tact in handling situations
- New graduates are welcome
