Job Summary

Premier Healthcare, under new ownership and management by Stellar Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3 PM–11 PM shift.
  • Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, wound care, IVs, tube feedings, colostomy care, and suctioning.
  • Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
  • Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to physicians and families.
  • Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure staff follow facility policies and resident needs are being met.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive resident care.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures, including infection control requirements.
  • Provide staff guidance, support team development, and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
