As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts connecting customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers involve working with store management and representing Acosta Group in your assigned store.

- Full‑Time:
Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required). - Part‑Time:
Flexible schedule, 2–4 days (Friday required). - Start work between 6am–9am, completing tasks between 6am and 6pm (no evenings).
- Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, and pack out products.
- Straighten products on the shelf.
- Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
- Use a company‑issued mobile device to navigate multiple applications while completing work.
- Answer step‑by‑step questions within Acosta’s field technology on your mobile device.
- Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
- Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
- Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
- Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
- Own your store(s) and become the go‑to Acosta resource over time.
- Enjoy working independently while acting as an extension of the Walmart family.
- Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
- Leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide.
- Contact your direct manager for help with challenges on the job.
- Complete work within the provided timeframe.
- Follow detailed instructions closely to get it right the first time.
- Provide accurate, concise data and photos by following instructions.
- Report your work the same day you complete it.
- Reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
