Position: Account Executive, Point of Care - New Orleans

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit to increase sales with potential customers and achieve defined commercial targets.
  • Manage direct and indirect sales of Point‑of‑Care (POC) products, including Blood Gas, EPOC, and IT solutions.
  • Serve high‑volume hospital segments, prospect for new business while managing and maintaining established customer accounts.
  • Achieve sales goals through direct and distribution channels.
  • Develop territory sales strategy for penetrating the hospital POC market via direct and distribution channels.
  • Develop growth forecasts and funnels for the POC product portfolio and/or distribution channels to ensure the highest level of service and overall goals.
  • Execute Sales and Marketing Strategic Imperatives established by Senior Sales and Marketing leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven history of successful capital sales achievement with a minimum of five years of direct and/or channel partnership experience.
  • Ability to influence distribution partners and collaborate across all levels of an organization (internal and external).
  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman or SPIN sales processes and methodology.
  • Proven experience selling across multiple departments, complex direct and indirect capital sales within the hospital market.
  • High level of presentation skills and ability to motivate and inspire others to exceed their goals.
  • Reside in assigned territory with ability to travel.
  • Experience selling Point‑of‑Care clinical products, respiratory or clinical lab diagnostic products (strong preference).
Benefits

Base Pay Range: $93,600 - $128,700. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission‑eligible position, commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
