Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Travel Required:

Yes (occasional overnights)

We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Field Laborer / Driver to join our team! This is a hands‑on position involving physical labor, truck driving, and working outdoors. You’ll travel to job sites, handle metal materials, and assist with on‑site operations. If you're dependable, strong, and ready to work in all conditions, we want to hear from you.

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to job sites (no CDL required, but experience preferred)
• Load, unload, break down, and stack metal parts and materials
• Perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Travel as required – some overnight stays may be needed

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Experience driving a 26' box truck
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to work outside in all weather
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel for job assignments

• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience in construction, metal handling, or general labor
• Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with tools

• Competitive hourly wage ($22.00–$24.00/hour) + overtime
