Responsibilities
  • Completes operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch).
  • Receives incoming goods and verifies them against shipping documents (packing list, purchase order, material number, description, and quantity).
  • Inspects incoming goods for visible damage, documents findings, and communicates issues as required.
  • Safely operates material-handling equipment, including forklifts, rider jacks, order pickers, swing reach trucks, and electric walkie jacks.
  • Ensures proper and safe use of all transport equipment in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
  • Captures and maintains accurate inventory data in SAP.
  • Organizes the receiving, storage, picking, and removal of goods within the warehouse and records all movements in SAP.
  • Stores, organizes, and puts away materials in temperature-controlled environments, including cooler (2–8°C) and freezer (–20°C and –40°C).
  • Performs regular stock maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assembles customer orders from designated storage locations and verifies completeness and accuracy against delivery documentation.
  • Packages outgoing shipments in compliance with shipping instructions, packaging standards, and applicable regulations (including Dangerous Goods, where required).
  • Prepares and attaches all required shipping documentation to outgoing goods.
  • Conducts internal and, where applicable, external transportation of goods using appropriate and approved transportation methods.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, rider jacks, order pickers, swing reach trucks, and electric walkie jacks (certification required or ability to obtain).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems for inventory tracking and transactions; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, overtime, or adjusted schedules as part of routine operations.
  • Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, including coolers (2–8°C) and freezers (–20°C and –40°C).
  • Positions in this area require frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Ability to independently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 60 pounds, and heavier with appropriate material-handling equipment.
  • Must comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and successfully complete required training and certification programs.
