A leading care provider in Aldridge is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for their Children’s Residential Care service. The role involves caring for children and young people with learning and physical disabilities, leading shifts, and supervising staff while providing direct support. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) and have experience in similar care settings.
This full-time position requires working 40 hours a week, including weekends and occasional sleep-in shifts.
