Deputy Nursery Manager - Permanent Role (Walsall Area)

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the nursery.
• Ensure high‑quality care and education in line with statutory requirements and nursery policies.
• Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners, supporting their development and performance.
• Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.

• Experience working in early years settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
