As a Senior Practitioner in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and families. • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and families.
• Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff and volunteers in delivering effective care services.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs and progress of children under care.
