- Walsall is seeking a Night Team Leader to act as the engine of the night shift. You will run the overnight audit, complete security checks, ensure non-residents exit safely after events, and keep the building compliant while supporting guests and a busy team.
You will lead morale, assist with rotas to control wage costs, train new starters, and handover to the early Duty Manager to set the day team up for success.
