Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Jaguar/Land Rover Specialist Technician located at our workshop in Brownhills. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting accurate diagnostics, performing high-quality repairs, ensuring vehicle safety inspections, and maintaining excellent documentation of work. Provide transparent updates to front of house regarding vehicle's status and required repairs.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in diagnostics, fault finding, and repair of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
  • Proficiency in the use of dealer-level diagnostic equipment and tools for efficient troubleshooting.
  • Mechanical and technical expertise in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with front of house and team members.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in high voltage vehicle repairs and maintenance or automotive engineering are an advantage.
  • Experience in an independent workshop or dealer environment is beneficial.
