£26k - £38k plus training and benefits. Benefits include overtime, pension scheme, company vehicle, and annual leave allowance.

• Experience working as a Legionella Remedial Plumber
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
• Advantageous to hold G3 Unvented ticket and/or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Ability to travel in line with company needs.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

• Undertake a variety of pre-planned remedial and plumbing duties.
• TMV servicing and replacements.
• POU heater servicing and installations.
• Valve replacements.
• Pipework modifications and installations.
• Installing and servicing unvented hot water cylinders.
• CWST installations and refurbishments.
• Deadleg removals.
• Carry out reactive and urgent works when needed.
• Complete regular service reports.
• Work to agreed deadlines.
