Hygrove Partners are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects across the West Midlands.
The Role:Supervising electrical teams across occupied and void social housing properties and new build domestic plots, ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising electrical teams across multiple social housing and new build domestic sites
- Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and H&S standards
- Managing programme, quality, and client expectations
- Liaising with housing association clients and residents where required
- Reporting into senior management on progress and issues
- Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)
- Previous supervisory experience within social housing or new build domestic
- 18th Edition essential
- Valid CSCS card essential
- Own transport essential
- Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas
