Senior Manager of Accounting

• The Operational Side: Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting while training and mentoring your staff.
• The Technical Side: Partner with leadership on SEC financial reporting (10-Qs/10-Ks), tax compliance, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and internal controls.
• Own the Close: Run the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Improve Processes: Drive system upgrades and find ways to make workflows smoother and faster.

• Background: A CPA with Big 4 experience who thrives on balancing technical memos with day-to-day operations.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a strong public company/SOX compliance background.
• Leadership: You have proven experience managing and developing a team.
• The Basics: BS in Accounting/Finance. Bonus points for SAP HANA, Concur, UKG, or Workiva.
