Salary: $125,000–$160,000 + Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close across a multi-entity organization and oversee technical accounting activities.
- Manage and mentor a team while overseeing the general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial operations.
- Drive process improvements, accounting cleanup, and system enhancements to support continued growth.
- Lead acquisition integrations, standardize accounting processes, and build scalable internal controls.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial reporting, audit support, lender reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership responsibility.
- Strong technical accounting, month‑end close, and multi‑entity accounting experience.
- Hands‑on leader who enjoys building processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems;
Quick Books Enterprise experience is a plus.
