Tax Supervisor

We are currently looking to hire 1-2 solid tax professionals (Supervisor‑Manager levels) with a minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience. Candidates should have experience preparing and reviewing a wide range of tax filings, including 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, and 1041.

• Prepare and file tax returns of all types.
• Review and supervise the work of junior staff.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients.

• 5+ years of public accounting experience in small to mid‑sized firms.
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation for all return types.
• Proficiency with CCH or similar tax software preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is desirable.

Salaries are based on supervisory or managerial level, with supervisor range starting around $115,000. We offer a hybrid work model with three days in office each week. During busy season (January–April) work hours typically range from 55 to 65 hours per week, while off‑season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) averages 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Additional benefits include weekly catered lunches during tax season and regular team‑building events.
