Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + up to 5% Bonus

• Own the full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of entities, including AP, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for operational leaders and support day-to-day financial activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial schedules, and monthly reporting.
• Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the accounting function.
• Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects alongside Accounting Leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Quick Books or another ERP system preferred.
• Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
