• The Position:
  Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Accountant will own the monthly close process, financial reporting, operational accounting, and business planning.
• The Opportunity:
  
  Gain broad exposure to accounting and operations while collaborating with leadership to drive business process improvement.

• Coordinate the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and account analysis.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, and bank statement reconciliation.
• Analyze financial results and investigate account fluctuations and variances.
• Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.

• Bachelor's degree and 3 + years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, and large data set analysis.
