This role requires a self-starter who has an aptitude for anticipating the needs of the team and can effectively resolve administrative and operational issues before they arise. As a Project Administrator

- Performs administrative functions and provides administrative support to the project team
- Reviews and manages project permits and fire details
- Coordinates with the project team and field staff to ensure that they have all the resources to operate a successful job site
- Accurately sets-up and maintains shared project folders; keeping the project files current as information changes
- Assists the project team with close-out documentation
- Creates and delivers reports to the project management team to track and analyze job progress
- Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team

- 2-3 years’ experience in a support role, with a minor understanding of construction
- Prior experience managing a team's workflow and implementing processes and systems to help optimize efficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Problem solver with a genuine interest in learning and developing
- Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
