Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Cherry Bekaert is a large accounting and consulting firm. We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work on-site in Waltham, MA.
Responsibilities- Supports firm service line offerings, including Tax General Support, workpaper scanning, tax return assembly, and other deliverables.
- Assists with software platforms such as Go File Room , Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.
- Responsible for document processing (printing, scanning, sorting, organizing materials or reports).
- Manages general administrative duties: inbox management, maintaining file repositories, Teams Channel and general communication.
- Carries out general on-site tasks: operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitor and staff assistance, front desk support, mail and supply management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a professional support services environment; accounting preferred but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel; familiarity with Adobe preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning and utilizing new technology and systems.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset; ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Skilled in building trust and rapport with team members and internal clients; ability to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Individual salaries within this range are determined by various factors including role, responsibilities, experience, education, and location.
