Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator (HYBRID) for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Waltham, MA. This role is ideal for an administrative or contracts professional with experience supporting contract processes, purchase orders, RFQs, bid boards, customer portals, and invoicing workflows.
The Contracts Administrator will play an important role in helping ensure customer documents, bid requests, purchase orders, and related contract activities are processed accurately and within required turnaround times. This position offers a hybrid schedule, steady weekday hours, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative contracts team in a deadline-driven, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities- Retrieve purchase orders from customer portals and communicate PO details to appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Monitor RFQ emails, bid boards, proposals, and customer portals to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Complete vendor surveys, registration requests, certificate of insurance requests, and related contract administration tasks.
- Assist with WAWF billing and track PO invoicing completion to support on-time customer processing.
- Collaborate with contracts, sales, customers, partners, and internal teams to support contract workflows and service expectations.
- Recommend and assist with process improvements to help scale, streamline, and optimize contracting activities.
- Pay Rate: $26 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. - Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule offered, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week remote. - Location:
Waltham, MA.
