Job Summary
The Mailroom Clerk will support daily campus mail operations, document production, package distribution, and copier area maintenance. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, an opportunity to build long-term stability through a temp-to-hire path, and the chance to work as part of a service-focused team where accuracy, reliability, and positive customer interaction are valued.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, process, route, and deliver high-volume incoming and outgoing mail across campus locations.
- Operate high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and document imaging equipment.
- Process shipping, receiving, package tracking, and distribution using mail management systems.
- Perform external walking mail runs and deliver materials to designated drop-off points throughout site facilities.
- Maintain clean, stocked copier and mail areas while assisting with basic customer service requests.
- Clear paper jams, complete routine quality checks, and report equipment or technical issues as needed.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. - Location:
