Retirement Operations Clerk

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Retirement Operations Clerk to support day-to-day operational and transaction processing activities. This role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and working with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and review financial transactions and account requests
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Respond to inquiries and assist with issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support

• 1+ years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, or operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
