Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Waltham

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17/hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) for a 40‑hour work week (full time) or a 25‑hour work week (part time). The location is 140 Moody Street, Waltham, MA 02453.

Must be available 40 hours/week for full time or 25 hours/week for part time, including Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, (and/or Sundays) and an additional day(s) during the week. Availability must fit within branch hours.

Branch hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm;
Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Availability must align with these times.

We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect the windshield for damage, factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, check for customer items, and place any valuables in Lost & Found.
• Verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage the vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep process as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including internal and external areas of the branch location (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, sweeping the lot, etc.).

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
