Naveris, a commercial stage precision oncology company based near Boston, MA, is looking for a Manager, Commercial Analytics & Insights to help us deliver on our Mission to develop novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. Our flagship test, Nav Dx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV-induced cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by tens of thousands of patients and physicians across the U.S.

Naveris is seeking a Manager, Commercial Analytics and Insights to join our Business Operations and Commercial teams. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for a resourceful, analytical self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This individual will own the end-to-end analytics function supporting the Commercial, Billing & Reimbursement, Marketing, Client Services, and Leadership teams by independently analyzing data and delivering clear, actionable insights to drive strategic and tactical decisions across the organization.

This is an office-based role, with flexibility on location, but a strong preference for on-site presence at Naveris Headquarters in Waltham, MA. For remote candidates, periodic travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Business Operations, with a dotted line to the SVP, Commercial, the Commercial Analytics and Insights lead will:

  • Be responsible for designing, executing, and communicating analysis across all relevant business functions
  • Identify clear, actionable insights to guide Commercial strategies, field sales team priorities, reimbursement trends, and operational performance
  • Perform data analysis to inform commercial marketing investments and to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Proactively identify and assess opportunities to expand patient access to NavDX testing in collaboration with the Product Development Managers
  • Own forecasting models for Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and explainable projections
  • Design, implement, and manage the commercial commission plan including tracking, analysis, and payout validation
  • Analyze and synthesize large volumes of reimbursement and financial data from third-party sources to identify patterns and support business cases
  • Deliver timely reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders across departments
  • Work closely with Finance and Data Insights teams to align on reporting standards, and KPIs
  • Design and optimize sales territories using third-party data to ensure equitable distribution, resource efficiency, and market potential alignment
  • Lead ad-hoc analytics initiatives and special projects to support Naveris’s evolving needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science); MBA or advanced degree not required but a differentiator
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial analytics or business operations, ideally within start-up environments
  • Demonstrated track record of driving actionable commercial, marketing and/or reimbursement insights with independent, self-directed data analysis projects
  • Prior experience in the Lab Developed Test (LDT) or diagnostics industry strongly preferred, including basic knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work without supervision
  • Proven ability to analyze large third-party reimbursement datasets and extract meaningful trends and implications
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting and commercial commission plan design and execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, , Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into stories and influence cross-functional stakeholders
