About the RoleAs a Professional Services Consultant, you will perform product implementations for new customers as well as support existing customers in the use of the Comp Analyst software. This is a consultative role focused on providing system-related solutions that ensure the success of our customers. Requires detail orientation, creativity with a solutions-oriented customer-success focus, project management capabilities, systems comprehension, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel in managing large data sets.
- This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.

- Base Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 plus quarterly bonus potential
- On-board new customers, identify and implement creative solutions to non-standard customer requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships post-implementation through ongoing service.
- Provide ongoing product support to our customers, and support their internal compensation projects.
- Develop rapport and credibility with Clients and Internal Partners.
- Document client business processes and software system configurations.
- Conduct meetings between representatives and customer contacts.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams to develop solutions for customers.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Achieve the goals, milestones, and deliverables agreed to with your customers.
- Develop standard processes and procedures to scale recurring initiatives.
- Diagnose and solve technical issues related to the software application.
- Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption.
- Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated relevant experience
- 0 - 2 years in customer-facing consultative role
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions in serving the needs of customers
- Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
- Understanding of how relational databases function
- Experience as a Compensation Analyst a plus
