Leveraging our team’s expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, we have created a robust pipeline of differentiated investigational therapeutic candidates for well-validated targets.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Field Operations Analyst will be an important part to our growing commercial effectiveness and field support roles. This role plays a critical coordination and execution function, serving as a key point of support for field inquiries, issue tracking and resolution, and other ongoing field operations activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, knowledge of field related activities, and eager to support cross-functional commercial operations initiatives in a fast pace launch environment.

This role is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our office-based employees are required to work in the office three (3) days a week.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Field Support & Inquiry Management
  • Support field operations for field-based inquiries, ensuring timely intake, tracking, follow-up, and resolution
  • Maintain logs and tracking tools to monitor inquiry status, next steps, and resolutions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure issues/inquiries are resolved accurately, efficiently, and professionally communicated to functional partners in the organization
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide regular status updates, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines
Tracking, Reporting & Data Support
  • Build and maintain tracking systems and processes related to field activities and operational requests
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed to support field operations and leadership decision-making
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate insights appropriately, continually making suggestions for improvement
Field Operations & Commercial Operations Support
  • Support field operations with related programs, such as vehicle reimbursement, incentive compensation inquiries, Veeva CRM call activity reporting, and sales reporting
  • Additional adhoc support may include field alignment and territory reviews, license management, business plan support, and other analysis when needed
  • Assist with additional field operations and commercial operations activities as needed, including updating field alignments zip / terr maintenance, territory workload reviews, transparency reporting, vendor credentialing support, ad hoc projects and process improvements
  • Support the coordination and management of field operations projects from initiation through completion, maintaining clear timelines and tracking progress
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations, Field Leadership, Analytics, and other internal teams
Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience in field operations, commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role (pharmaceutical or life sciences experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with field operations systems and processes a plus (Veeva CRM, territory alignments, vehicle reimbursement, etc.)
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven mindset of proactive continuous improvement
  • Efficient independent worker with ability to focus and drive for results
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
