DELMIAWorks Business Development Associate

Role & Responsibilities

As a DELMIAWorks Business Development Associate (BDA), you will generate qualified opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. You will support lead generation efforts by researching, engaging, and developing relationships through a variety of outbound outreach methods.

You will partner with DELMIAWorks sales teams to identify and engage new prospects within assigned accounts, while consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics for outbound activity, accepted opportunities, and dedicated prospecting time.

• 3+ years of experience in business development or inside sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CRM experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Demonstrated drive and initiative in achieving goals
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to change
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools
