Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (CXOs and his repartees), acting as a point of contact, and addressing their needs.
Business Development:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as prospecting for new clients.
Account Planning:Developing and executing account plans that outline strategies for growth, risk mitigation, and client engagement.
Solution Delivery:Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of services and solutions, meeting client expectations.
Client Satisfaction:Monitoring client outcomes, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Work with a friendly, welcoming and self-motivated attitude to provide the best possible customer experience and centricity.
Thought Leadership, Automation, andInnovation:
Providing insights and thought leadership to clients on industry trends and best practices.
Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to achieve common goals.
Revenue Generation and continuous growth:Driving revenue growth through new business development and account expansion. Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
Training and Development:Providing training to clients and internal teams on new products or services.
Industry Experience & Problem Solving:Understanding of Utility Business Industry. Proactively identifying and resolving issues or challenges that may arise.
Qualifications:Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering and Technology
Salary Range:$166,110 - $215,000 a year
