Job Description & How to Apply Below

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.

As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Mission Systems Division develops, produces, and deploys the best‑in‑class sensor systems and other mission‑enabling payloads operating across the electro‑magnetic spectrum to provide superior battlespace awareness across all relevant domains, platforms and missions for the US and our allies. The mission systems product portfolio spans across imaging systems, radars, software defined radios, electromagnetic warfare systems, and C2 software across terrestrial, air, and space applications.

ABOUT

THE JOB

The mission of Anduril’s Mission Systems Division is to deliver integrated sensor, electro‑magnetic warfare, and autonomous systems that give warfighters decisive advantage across contested domains. As Mission Systems scales its pipeline and deploys units, we are looking for a Revenue & Operations Lead to bridge the gap between Business Development pipeline modeling/management and post‑sale execution of units delivered. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Engineering, Project Management, and Division Operations to ensure that sales commitments translate seamlessly into field execution.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO
  • Model sales pipeline velocity and build predictive forecasts that map long‑term sustainment logistics for the total deployed unit footprint.
  • Track the nuances of the Salesforce pipeline end‑to‑end, ensuring data integrity and providing leadership with clear, predictive program health insights.
  • Lead the cross‑functional coordination cadence across Business Development, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to streamline post‑sale handoffs and eliminate execution bottlenecks.
  • Own Salesforce hygiene and map pipeline data to delivery tools so that sales commitments are directly traceable to production and field execution milestones.
  • Translate complex operational and pipeline data into executive‑quality strategic narratives that inform senior leadership decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain integrated planning/staffing tools that connect company‑wide systems and provide real‑time visibility into program health.
  • Identify and resolve disconnects between sales commitments and field execution before they threaten revenue targets or operational timelines.
  • Tackle special projects as needed – from logistics optimization to deployment forecasting to cross‑divisional process alignment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Consulting—ideally in a hardware‑focused, high‑growth environment.
  • You’re a systems thinker who sees the connections between an engineering release, a long‑lead procurement, a production schedule, and a field delivery date—and you manage the dependencies across all of them.
  • You’re highly autonomous—you don’t wait to be told what’s broken; you find the constraint, build the fix, and brief leadership on the outcome.
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model complex production and supply chain data sets and translate them into actionable plans and forecasts.
  • You’re comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, driving alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams that don’t naturally talk to each other.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication, with the polish to present to senior executives and the directness to drive accountability on the factory floor.
  • You’re both high ownership and low ego—you’ll build a capacity model in the morning and chase down a missing shipment from a supplier in the afternoon.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs access to export‑controlled data.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
