Purpose

The Legal Production Analyst is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing regulatory production workflows across the New England legal team, including filings, discovery, and docket management. The role owns how this work is delivered through structured workflows, digital tools, and AI-enabled processes.

This role combines production execution with design and ownership of regulatory workflows, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and  is central to enabling a modern, digitally supported delivery model for the legal function, allowing attorneys to focus on legal judgment and advocacy.

Key Accountabilities Regulatory Production & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate and execute regulatory filings, discovery responses, and docket deliverables across multiple proceedings
  • Manage high-volume information requests, including intake, tracking, and compilation of responses
  • Maintain filing calendars, deadlines, and submission requirements
  • Coordinate inputs across legal, business, and subject matter experts
  • Design and manage workflows, templates, and playbooks that support consistent, scalable delivery across the team
Digital & Process Enablement
  • Use digital tools and AI within regulatory workflows to improve speed, consistency, and quality
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive or process-driven tasks
  • Standardize workflows and reduce reliance on manual work and external support
  • Improve processes over time based on experience, feedback, and workload patterns
Workload Management, Reporting & Coordination
  • Track workload volume across filings, discovery, and active matters
  • Monitor timelines and workflow performance to identify bottlenecks
  • Support prioritization of work based on deadlines, volume, and business needs
  • Provide reporting to improve visibility into workload and delivery
  • Serve as a coordination point across legal, business, and external stakeholders and communicate timelines and requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, law, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal operations, project management, or a high-volume process environment preferred
  • Experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or regulated environment preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory filing processes preferred
  • Strong organizational and execution skills in deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and improve processes
  • Clear communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with workflow tools, document management systems, or automation platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools used in legal or regulatory environments
  • Experience improving structured workflows or processes
  • Experience using data to support workload management

Salary: $85k - $95k a year in Waltham, MA.
