Position: Contracts Coordinator (Heavy Civil Construction)

The purpose of the Contracts Coordinator position is the independent preparation and review of subcontracts and related documents and management of the contracting process in support of assigned projects. This position requires the ability to engage in independent decision-making through analytical skills, to be organized and pay attention to detail, to work independently, and to manage multiple tasks. The position also requires coordination of contract-related tasks across the Operating Unit region or project and responding to internal and external correspondence following established company procedures.

This position reports to and receives direction from the Contracts Manager while coordinating with project management.

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of contracts and contract formation
  • Proven experience with technology platforms, including Adobe, SharePoint and MS Office
  • 3-5 years of industry-related experience
  • Associate’s degree

Salary: USD 84,180.00 – USD 90,000.00 per year.
