Veralto’scorporate sustainability data systems, collection processes, governance practices, and reporting capabilities across the global enterprise. This is an exceptional opportunity for a process-minded professional who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving how organizations work, and collaborating across functions to solve business challenges. You'll play a highly visible role partnering with leaders across Sustainability, Finance, EHS, HR, Legal, and Veralto's operating companies to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and governance.

Success in this role meanshelping

Veraltobuild repeatable, auditable, and scalable sustainability data processes; improving the adoption of standard work; supporting global stakeholders through change; andidentifyingpractical opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and data quality over the first 12–18 months. If you've built or managed enterprise data collection processes, implemented business systems, improved reporting workflows, or helped organizations adopt new ways of working, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is part of the Sustainability team and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a hybrid scheme. Internal Veralto associates can based at other U.S. operating company locations. Why This Role Is Different Build something foundational You won't be maintaining an established program. You'll help shape and mature sustainability reporting processes that support Veralto's future growth and regulatory commitments.

Influence across a global organization You'll work directly with stakeholders across Veralto's operating companies and corporate functions, helping align people, systems, and processes around consistent reporting standards. Bridge sustainability and finance One of the most unique aspects of this role is partnering with Finance to help create governance and reporting disciplines for sustainability data that mirror the rigor of financial reporting.

Join a highly visible team You'll become a core contributor on strategic initiatives supporting Veralto's sustainability goals and evolving regulatory requirements, including global reporting programs. Meaningful impact without extensive travel Travel is light, typically only a few trips each year, allowing you to focus on high-impact work while maintaining work-life balance.
