We're seeking a Sustainability Data Systems Manager to help advance Veralto's corporate sustainability data systems, collection processes, governance practices, and reporting capabilities across the global enterprise.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong experience in data management, reporting processes, process documentation, systems administration, and cross-functional collaboration. This person will partner closely with Sustainability, EHS, Finance, Legal, HR, and operating company stakeholders to help bridge the gap between operational sustainability metrics and finance-style reporting discipline.

Success in this role means helping Veralto build repeatable, auditable, and scalable sustainability data processes; improving the adoption of standard work; supporting global stakeholders through change; and identifying practical opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and data quality over the first 12–18 months.

This position is part of the Sustainability team and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a hybrid scheme. Internal Veralto associates can be based at other U.S. operating company locations.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Manage and reinforce Veralto's corporate sustainability data systems, ensuring operational reliability, global consistency, and alignment with sustainability reporting needs.
  • Document standard work, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and data collection processes to support repeatable and auditable sustainability reporting.
  • Partner with Sustainability, EHS, Finance, Legal, HR, and operating company stakeholders to help align sustainability data practices with finance-style reporting discipline.
  • Support the adoption of newly implemented software systems and data collection processes by coordinating with cross-functional and matrixed stakeholders.
  • Improve data quality and governance by identifying gaps, clarifying ownership, and helping establish consistent processes for sustainability data collection and reporting.
  • Administer off-the-shelf sustainability data management and reporting tools, helping users follow defined processes and resolve practical workflow challenges.
  • Analyze sustainability data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities that support internal decision-making and external reporting needs.
  • Create clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to communicate sustainability metrics and insights.
  • Contribute to key sustainability reporting initiatives, including regulatory and external reporting work such as CSRD-related readiness.
