Job details:
We are looking for a Senior Business Process & AI Enablement Consultant to support an innovative Agentic AI-powered Search Platform
. This role bridges business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendor teams while driving business process improvements, Agile operations, knowledge management, and AI-enabled workflows.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis, Process Mapping, or Program Coordination experience
- Expertise in Business Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering & Agile Delivery
- Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication
- Experience creating training materials and knowledge management documentation
- Practical use of Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other Enterprise AI tools
- Experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, Healthcare
, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
