Technical Product Manager

Global Partners LP seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive innovation across our Energy, Gas, Oil, and Electric portfolio within the Product Development & Innovation team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and operational products that power our terminals, gas stations, and fuel distribution network. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and commercial leaders, you will translate complex technical, regulatory, and customer needs into clear roadmaps and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for energy, gas, oil, and electric solutions from discovery to launch
• Translate market, customer, and operational needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans for Product Development & Innovation
• Partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure products
• Use data and KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform iteration and optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and industry regulations in product design
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation in all product initiatives
