Commercial Technology Product Manager

Global Partners LP seeks a Commercial Technology Product Manager to lead digital products that optimize fuel distribution and commercial energy operations. Partnering with IT, project management, and business stakeholders, you will own the product roadmap, define requirements, and deliver data-driven, customer-focused solutions across gas, oil, and electric portfolios. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, managing agile backlogs, coordinating vendors, ensuring system reliability and safety compliance, and using analytics to enhance pricing, logistics, and margin performance in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of commercial technology products for fuel and energy operations
• Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned to business strategy and safety standards
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Manage agile backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning with IT teams
• Collaborate with logistics, trading, and pricing teams to optimize distribution and margins
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system design, testing, and deployment
• Use analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure system reliability, data quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate product vision, status, and benefits to senior stakeholders
• Support change management, training, and user adoption across the organization
